Job description
We are seeking a creative, detail-driven, and highly organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on managing social media content, developing campaign calendars, and researching luxury events to align with client interests. You'll play a key role in shaping the digital presence of our brand, ensuring it reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
Assist in the development and execution of a social media strategy that aligns with luxury branding and business objectives
Create original, high-quality content (text, image, and video) for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok
Collaborate with design and creative teams to maintain visual and tonal consistency
Repurpose flight footage, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content into engaging posts
Edit content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut (as needed)
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Support
Manage and maintain the monthly/quarterly marketing content calendar
Ensure timely scheduling and posting of social media content across all platforms
Coordinate with internal departments (flight operations, sales, concierge) for campaign alignment and special offers
Assist with planning and executing digital campaigns around seasonal trends, destination highlights, and high-profile events
Event & Industry Research
Proactively gather information on upcoming high-profile events, global sports games, fashion weeks, entertainment shows, and luxury expos
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities relevant to our clientele
Suggest content tie-ins or promotions based on VIP events (e.g., Monaco Grand Prix, Art Basel, Wimbledon)
Compile research findings into actionable briefs for campaign planning
Community & Engagement
Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a tone consistent with luxury brand standards
Support influencer and partner collaborations, including outreach, follow-up, and content coordination
Track audience engagement and report on KPIs with recommendations for improvement
Job requirements
1–3 years of social media or digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury, aviation, travel, or lifestyle brands
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for an affluent audience
Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Suite)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with luxury lifestyle trends, destinations, and VIP cultural calendars
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred
