Junior Bookkeeper cum Field Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Bookkeeper cum Field Assistan to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting all departments, and creating a professional work environment. This role requires fluency in English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in making payments and recording all incoming and outgoing transactions.

• Process bills, scan documents, and maintain organized records.

• Manage petty cash.

• Verify and record trip expenses/Expenses report

• Perform fieldwork such as visiting banks, collecting vendor cheques, and handling cash withdrawals.

• Proper document classification, sorting, filing

• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements.

• Support credit card reconciliations.

• Work on VAT-related tasks and assist in tax filing.

• Maintain prepaid expenses records.

• Process utility payments and maintain payment records.

• Keep track of cheque due dates and bank records.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, aviation, administration, data entry and MS Office.

• Fluent in English.

• High level of attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle various situations professionally and efficiently.
