We are seeking a sharp and quick-to-act Research Analyst with experience in the aviation or logistics. This pivotal role involves compiling detailed industry reports, vetting potential stakeholders and partners, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions across our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying key topics of interest, compiling periodic reports, and managing the associated data to ensure accuracy and relevancy over time.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion within the aviation and logistics sectors.
• Keep a pulse on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes that could affect the industry and influence business strategy.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market presence to identify business opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Provide strategic insights to support business development plans and initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with market needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and enhance business networking.
• Prepare clear and persuasive reports and presentations for management, outlining research findings, market predictions, and strategic recommendations.

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research or a similar role, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry.
• Excellent qualitative research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
