We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in aviation services to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across all levels of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, who is hardworking, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for aviation-related positions.

Talent Strategy: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals, ensuring the hiring of top talent in aviation services.

Sourcing & Networking: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking to identify potential candidates.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes and best practices.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future aviation-related roles.

Employer Branding: Actively contribute to the promotion of the company’s employer brand in the aviation sector to attract top talent.

Performance Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.

Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Work Under Pressure: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing urgent hiring needs without compromising quality.


Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within aviation services or related industries.
  • In-depth understanding of aviation industry roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume recruitment.
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic & French is a plus.
